What data we process and why
The details you give us in the forms (name, phone, email, dates and your message) and the IP address you send them from. We use them only to answer your purchase, rental or information request and to prevent automated submissions. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, if we reach a contract, its performance. We don't pass them to third parties or use them for advertising.
We keep requests while they're open and, once closed, for as long as needed to handle any claims. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or object by writing to the address above. If you feel we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Vehicle details are published in good faith and checked before sale, but the final price and availability are those agreed when closing the deal. Rental terms (insurance, mileage, deposit) are set out in the contract we sign before handing over the vehicle.
